BMC warranties
BMC offers a voluntary three-year warranty on each frame and two years on BMC components and paint (one-year paint for pre-2014 bikes). By registering your new BMC bike on the Bike Registration page, you can extend the frame warranty to five years. You can read the warranty provisions in detail on the warranty policy page.
Replacement by accident
The 'Crash Replacement' program covers frame damage caused​​ by accidents that occurred during the proper use of the bicycle, or through no fault of your own, and without external influences (for example, damage during transport). The criterion is that the frame is no longer fit for use. For example, paint damage is not covered by the 'Crash Replacement' program.
Shimano Component Warranty
Warrants to the original owner that the SHIMANO Bicycle Division product, including STEPS drivetrains, for which it received this warranty, is free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of two years, and its DURA-ACE components and XTR are covered for a period of three years from the date of original purchase. SHIMANO shoes, soft goods and wheels are guaranteed for one year.
Warranty of ENVE rings and accessories
ENVE warrants all wheels, components, frames and hardware purchased from ENVE or an authorized ENVE dealer to be free from non-compliance with ENVE's specifications for materials and workmanship for a period of five (5) years from the date of purchase. date of purchase, as shown on your proof of purchase.
